Day 5
Went on a day tour, visited a chocolate factory, went to see some pelicans, went to Churchill Island Heritage Farm to umm.. look at animals? And to look at some of the pretty places and take pretty pictures. Lol #lifeofatourist
Okay I seriously have to stop it with the hashtagging.
Entrance to the chocolate factory!
Hehehehehehe it's a chocolate-y world out there, innit?
Oh look! Michaelangelo, the chocolate version.
CAMWHORING.
THEY BE MAKING CHOCOLATE YO.
I won some chocolate balls after playing a few mini games!
Pelicans!
CAMWHORING WITH PELICANS.
CUTE PLUSHIES OMG.
Oh look a peacock!
Horse!
Hello there chicken.
A cool farmer dude :D
Really cool flower thingies!
Can you believe I took all of these pictures with my phone? Omg the magic of iPhone 5's camera.
The peacock strutting it's stuff around the garden like a king.
Beautiful scenery!
Anyway, after visiting the heritage farm, we went on to some sort of umm.. maze place? It's like a scaled down version of a theme park with like puzzles you have to solve, walk through a mirror room and try not to crash into a mirror, go slide down a 90 degrees slide, and there's a HUMONGOUS MAZE at the back of the building, you can choose to either take it or just go straight out back to the entrance. I tried taking the maze. I got so hopelessly lost it wasn't even funny. I could still recognize my way around and stuff, but then I started to freak out about the time I had left before the bus started moving and I lost my cool and hence I lost my way and couldn't remember where I came from. I had to find the emergency exit, which took like 5 minutes because I took another wrong turning, and that led me to panicking even more. So there's a lesson to be learnt here kids! Never lose your cool whilst working your way through a maze. Like, never, ever lose it. Ever. Seriously. You'll just get lost. And even more lost. Lost to the point of no return. Okay I'm just exaggerating now but seriously try not to lose your cool. Lol.
This is the 90 degrees slide I was talking about! Freaking scary omg. You had to hang off some sort of pole and let go HAHAHAHA. And with me having acrophobia, I don't even know why I decided to go for it. Oh wait, YOLO. HAHAHA. No regrets man, no regrets at all. :)
The ferris wheel thing for one of the minigolf courses. Pretty cool mate.
The entrance sign for the maze place!
Oh and after that we went to a koala sanctuary! I would post photos, but I didn't manage to get any of the koalas :( They're all like hiding at the top of the trees, you can hardly even see them with the naked eye. Lol.
After the visit to the sanctuary, we went to see some penguins! Cute stuff yo. Unfortunately the only photo I got was with the sign at the entrance of the Penguin Parade place, as any form of photography or videography was forbidden inside the area, as when the penguins return from the sea to go back to their homes inland, it's normally around dusk and cameras need to have the flash on in order to get a proper picture of the penguins, and hence the penguin protectors (lol I can't think of a proper name) forbid any form of photography or videography, especially with flash, as it might blind the tiny teensy little wee penguins. These penguins are like ZOMG tiny! The largest one I saw was about the size of my forearm! And my forearm ain't even that long lol. Super cute though, the way they waddled. Waddle waddle waddle.
Day 6
Went for another day tour to the Great Ocean Road. Went to see the 12 Apostles. Well, now it's more like 7 and a half (quoted from the tour guide). Lolol. Nothing much to say here except the road up to one of the towns was super windy and totally hazardous to people who get car sick easily.. ugh.
Great Ocean Road!
Picturesque view :3
4 of the apostles!
Views here are spectacular!
Grim much?
Pimped out ride o.o
